With the forthcoming release of iPhone OS 4.0, NavigX Touch is set to become even more indispensable.

We've been working on new features for NavigX 2.2 for some time and these are more or less complete now so we can concentrate on optimising NavigX Touch for iPhone OS 4.0 to bring you a much more usable experience.

The new features within iPhone OS 4.0 are still deemed to be confidential by Apple so we can't go into them too much as yet, but we'll add some of the new features in NavigX Touch to the wishilst so you can see what is coming.

iPhone OS 4.0 will only run on the iPhone and iPod Touch and it is NOT compatible with the iPad so we are going to develop two versions of NavigX Touch from now on.  The iPad version will cost a little more but you'll see why when it is released. It's NavigX but not as you know it!

In the meantime, there will probably be one more maintenance release of NavigX Touch 2.1. This should address a couple of features that some users have requested which we were going to build in to NavigX Touch 2.2. NavigX Touch 2.1.3 should be in the App Store within the next two weeks.
