We should get crash logs sent to us through our interface with Apple, but to help speed the process along, follow these steps to find your crash logs.

STEP 1: Sync your iPad with iTunes!

STEP 2: Find the crash logs for the app.

For Mac OS X users they are located in /Library/Logs/CrashReporter/MobileDevice//

For Windows XP users they are located in C:\Documents and Settings\\Application Data\Apple computer\Logs\CrashReporter\\

For Windows Vista users they are located in C:\Users\\AppData\Roaming\Apple computer\Logs\CrashReporter\MobileDevice\\

Once you've found them, contact us through the support pages on this site or in your app and we'll need the crash log to help diagnose the problem.
